DPZ-440 unidirectional ballast regulator is a newly developed ballast regulator. Shock-absorbing bogie is adopted to increase its self-propelled speed and coupling speed, improve the trafficability over turnout and guarantee the safe operation; the frame strength and stiffness have passed the static load test, and can meet the requirements for high speed action of large trailers.
The machine completes the ballast regulating operation for the ballast bed through the middle plow, side plow and other working equipment to make the ballast uniform and the section of ballast bed formed according to the technical requirements; local ballast connection and ballast complement features are added, and four kinds of cleaning devices are provided for crosstie face, rail side, vertical direction and fine operation to effectively clean the ballast remained on the rail crossties and fastener and collect it to the hopper. When a small amount of ballast is required for backfilling operations, backfill the ballast bed to reasonably use the ballast and make the railway neat and beautiful.Newly developed side and middle plow devices have characteristics such as simple control and safe use. The advanced laser obstacle avoidance system, laser scanning system for section of ballast bed and PC (IPC) working control system can effectively measure and display the working results of the side and middle plows. The regulated section of ballast bed can be compared with the standard ballast bed graphically to automatically calculate the profit and loss situation of the ballast at this section of railway and create the data report. The complete vehicle is hydraulically driven with advanced technology, and it is safe and reliable.
