HFX Constant-tension Catenary Stringing Machine

HFX constant-tension catenary stringing machine can be used to erect the OCS wire and carrier cable separately or simultaneously to make the stringing tension change within the set value range and keep it relatively constant. It is equipped with both automatic and electronic tension control system, and has a stringing speed between 0 km/h and 6 km/h. The take-off function also enables it to be towed, with speeded up to 120 km/h. In addition to that, it can also lay 2 lines (carrier cable and wire) simultaneously so as to erect them at the same time, with the line diameter falling between 50 mm2 and 240 mm2. It is controlled on the operating board with the advanced electronic sensing technology and with electronic hydraulic devices, using a pre-set value of tension. In terms of travel control, it adopts PLC to control the flow rate of the travelling pump so as to give a gentle start and stop. With the automatic wire tracking capability, it may automatically move the wire coil rack based on the change in a wire outlet angle and therefore reduce the wire outlet angle and prevent any rigid point on the wire. It is also equipped with a tail offset device to lower the wire waste and save costs as well. Besides, it has an electrically controlled brake function, with the pre-set pressure of the brake cylinder being 0.3 MPa and adjustable based on the actual needs. Furthermore, it may be provided with high and low-speed travelling systems, knuckle boom cranes and working platforms, etc. in a customized way.
